Please follow the steps below to ensure that you cash in your voucher quickly and easily.
Please contact the voucher partner establishment with any queries or to make a reservation
Agree your arrival date and any services you require directly with the partner establishment before you arrive. If the dates you require are no longer available, an alternative will be suggested.
When calling the partner hotel, please specify that you have a Gletscherhotel voucher.
Important information on your voucher
To enable the voucher to be assigned to the partner hotel, the following information on the voucher is important:
- Order number on the voucher
- Voucher barcode (code or number)
Using the voucher at a partner establishment
Take the voucher with you to the partner hotel. The hotel will cash in the voucher by scanning the barcode and your name and stay will be entered into the system. If you do not take the voucher with you, you will be required to pay for your stay when you arrive.
